Cameron Cates Estate wine comes from one vineyard, 1,760 ft. high on a hillside in Chenango County, New York, bubbling with natural springs.
No insecticides or sulfates are ever used allowing the feral yeasts to ferment the true natural character of this rustic and healthy beverage.
*NEW* The 2016 vintage has aged beautifully. It is slightly fizzy and deliciously sweet.
Cameron Cates Estate 2017 CONCORD ICE WINE vintage is now available.
All Cameron Cates Estate wine is bottled in new punted glass with 1 3/4" natural first grade cork.
Cameron Cates Estate labels are hand torn along the edges on pure cotton vellum. This makes for a classic bottling to be saved as an heirloom, or enjoyed as a pleasantly intoxicating beverage now.
Allow the wine to settle after shipping as Cameron Cates Estate wine is unfiltered and there is a small amount of natural "mother" contained therein.
Shipped wine must be signed for by a verified person of 21 years or older.
