Pierson-Cuvelier Tradition
: This champagne reveals a blonde hue with light gold reflections. On the nose, scents of fleshy and ripe fruit develop. The very ripe apple rubs the white peach with hints of fresh apricot and dried apricot. Notes of dried plum and pear are added with shades of white pepper and an aniseed touch. The attack on the palate is frank and fond; the evolution is fresh and subtle, delicate, with a perfect balance of dosage. The fleshy fruits dominate and add to the greedy impression. The finish is sweet, on a pink grapefruit impression.

Mathieu-Gosztyla Brut Rosé de Sainee
: Salmon dress with nice reflections and a beautiful effervescence with pretty fine bubbles. The nose is a very typical “pinot”, a rich aromatic palette with shades of red fruits. The palate is pleasant with a rather vinous character with raspberry and kirsch aromas.
