About Us:  Tri-State Electric R&S, Inc. is a brick and mortar company, located in Erie, Pennsylvania. We are an industrial electronic repair service center specializing in industrial automation. We have been trouble shooting and repairing industrial automation equipment for OVER 20 years. We sell new, used and refurbished electrical and electronic equipment. We also refurbish circuit boards, plc's, welders, electric motors, AC & DC drives, and all other types of automated electronic machinery.
Warranty & Returns: Feel free to contact us in regard to the warranty on any item listed. Use the "Contact Seller" option and call the listed number. Each individual item will be given terms of warranty under the listing of the unit. Most items are given 30 days or sold “AS-IS”. If an item is sold under the 30 day warranty, we will exchange, repair, or refund the cost of the unit back to the buyer, as a final option, only if the item is not functional. If an item is sold under “AS-IS” condition, there will be no refund given. 1 Year warranty is limited to defects in workmanship, and parts that fail naturally. The 1 Year warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, neglect, etc. Returns will be accepted ONLY for items that are found to be defective or not working (due to our error)- we do not issue refunds for orders placed for the incorrect item or other reasons that are the buyer's responsibility. The item will be completely tested, documented and photographed and a video recording of the item functioning before it ships to you. We test ALL items prior to listing and shipment (unless listed AS-IS). We are an automation and electrical repair and service center with the capabilities and certified technicians to test and guarantee our items.
Shipping: We only ship to the UNITED STATES unless otherwise stated in the auction. We can also expedite shipping for an additional fee. Shipping via your UPS or FedEx account is welcome. We generally ship within 2 business days - with the exception of custom ordered drives or board upgrade requests.
Payment: PayPal at auction close or credit card over the phone prior to checkout (use the "Contact Seller" option - phone number is listed). We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, ACH and company checks. Checks and ACH payments must clear bank prior to shipment of your purchase. Payment is expected within 48 hours of auction close or purchase as Buy It Now or Best Offer accepted.
