Pierson – Cuvelier Grand Cru Millesime
: Very ripe fruits, dried fruits and candied fruits dominate. Fresh walnuts and the slightly toasted almond marry harmoniously with the orange zest, the lemon jam, and honey. Freshness is the first impression on the palate. The vanilla sensation is associated with a creamy note. There is Verbena and a peppery touch. In the spicy register, there are notes of clove. This is a wine to be enjoyed between epicureans, to be appreciated at length, but that one will also appreciate at the table with a ballotine of poultry with orange or a duck with the same accompaniment.

Mathieu-Gosztyla Brut Millésime
: Light gold dress with green reflections, elegance of the bubble, and beautiful persistence of the cord. On the Nose, there are subtle shades of citrus with a hint of pineapple. There is a nice, racy mouth, accompanied by a good minerality with an exotic and nutty finish. This champagne pairs well with Oyster Gratin, Creamy poultry to express the quintessence of Chardonnay, cheese, and exotic fruit mousses.
